Ways to Create Lean Manufacturing in Sheetmetal Fabrication

ROLLPRESS PROPLATE GROUP PTY LTD

In keeping with their market leading stance, RPG have just installed one of the most sophisticated heavy duty pressbrakes in Australia. A PPEB-H 640ton x 6m pressbrakes has been installed at the companies facility at Wacol, Queenland. This machine has an 11-axis configuration utilising LVD's Easyform Laser angle measurement device.

BARRYS LASER CUTTING PTY LTD

Barrys Laser Cutting Pty Ltd, Gold Coast, recently installed an LVD Axel-S laser cutting system.  This machine has a cutting area of 3000x1500mm with a 4kw laser source capable of cutting upto 20mm plate.  The machine features positioning speeds upto 170m/min and a table change time of only 12sec.

CT ENCLOSURES PTY LTD

CT Enclosures, Loganholme Brisbane, a leading manufacturer recently installed their third LVD PPEB pressbrake, this one a PPEB-EFL 135/30. The new machine features LVD's Easyform Laser angle measurement device. 

B&R ENCLOSURES PTY LTD

Adding to their 3 other LVD PPEB pressbrakes B&R have recently installed a fourth PPEB pressbrake. This machine is a PPEB-8 110/30 and features sheet followers.  B&R continual use is due to LVD's leading bending technology, reliability accuracy and support.

TOM STODDART PTY LTD

Stoddarts have long been a user of Strippit/LVD equipment and have recently added a 1500H/30 Load/Unload Turret Punch and a PPEB-EFL 135/30 pressbrake. 

ACUTE LASER PTY LTD

To compliment their smaller PPEB, Acute Laser have recently installed a PPEB-EFL 220/30 pressbrake. This machine features Easyform Laser and CNC T-Axis sheet supports giving the machine a 13 axis configuration.

ERNTEC PTY LTD

Erntec, Mitcham Victoria, recently installed a Strippit/LVD Global 20 1525 turret punch press.  The Global has a punching area of 1500 x 2500mm and a turret capacity of 30 stations.
